  The hotel staff is friendly. We stayed in the lake view room. These rooms don't have any air conditioning only a heating unit. We were there for two nights with two kids. With the hot weather we only had a single pedestal fan in the room. Very uncomfortable experience at night. Given this is a 4 star hotel I was expecting an air con to be included to be used in summer days.
