  Rooms are comfortable - not the most luxurious, but have everything you need. Great location, 5 minute walk to downtown To Anau. Ray and Leonie are fantastic, and do a wonderful job helping you figure out a day plan that works for your specific needs, whether that's hiking, boating, etc. Rooms themselves I'd give 4 stars, but the staff and location bump it up to 5.

  Inexpensive and complete. Our cottage had 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and washer/dryer. Not fancy, but clean. Helpful staff. 10 minute walk to downtown Te Anau and the lake.
