  Visited this holiday park as Te Anau is a good place to go from when visiting Milford Sound. At first sight it looked very clean with plenty of space. noticed the Lady running the show was quite rude but maybe she was having a bad day so let it go.
  
  On our first night I went to use the shower facilities noticed they were quite dirty there must have been about 6/7 camper vans on the site. I gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe they clean them in the morning and as its 19:00 people could have just gotten them dirty. The next morning we visited Milford sound which was stunning. When we got back 17:30 went to the bathroom to have a shower before dinner and I noticed the same bits of toilet roll on the floor hair all in the sink. and overall very dirty and it had not been cleaned that day.
  
  so we packed our belongs and checked out the next day. A few days later we had a charge on the credit card to say that $10 had been debited from the account. My partner called and again the lady who "runs the show" was on the other end and accused us of stealing a knife and a small bottle of washing up liquid. We were in a camper van which had everything we needed so why we would steal them is beyond us? No phone call to say that she would be debiting the account. Wouldnt take my partners word for it. Overall good location ( the 1 star ) rude staff dirty toilet and shower facilities. overall a bad experience that has left a sour taste in our mouths.
